We started looking at the stone and brick for the house today. There is a lot of stuff to choose from. They give you these tiny little samples to look at.
Its kinda tough to look at these and see what its gonna look like on the house, so they give you addresses to drive by to look at the stone and brick combinations other people have used. We saw this house and loved the brick and stone combo.
So I took this and made a quick sketch for the builder to show where we wanted the stone. Below is a picture of the model house and my sketch. We are putting brick everywhere that the stone does'nt cover the upper parts are still going to be wood siding like the model. We are also going to steal their paint color (Insert evil maniacal laughter here).
